Proces

We purchase our different cotton qualities from a variety of countries.
Our virgin cotton qualities are dyed single ply and twisted afterwards. The re-cycled cotton qualities are not dyed.

After the dying process the yarns are assembled from 2ply up to 20 ply. After this the yarns are twisted, followed by steaming and bolling. Because we control all steps we can offer a wide range of qualities and runninglengths. The final step in the production process is labeling and packaging. All above processes take place at Betex.
